- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor. I have been banking here for many years now and within the past few months the chip cards are not working. I end up using my own credit card then have to pay interest charges because these cards don't work. Once in a while I can find an ATM that allows me to take out cash but otherwise I get either a declined or unauthorized message and I have had enough will be closing my account here tomorrow. They have given me three different cards saying it was just the magnetic strip but that doesn't explain why the chip will not read in chip readers.By Rich Jameson, December 23, 2016
