- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆So rude. I was trying to get my baby's ssn so I could do my taxes. 1st woman said I needed her birth certificate or health records. I go get her birth certificate and go back, and the next teller tells me that the birth certificate doesn't prove identity and I needed her medical records. When I said the other woman told me otherwise he replied "I sincerely doubt she would've said that." SO RUDE. Basically called me a liar right to my face. I absolutely HATE dealing with these people.
